Where to buy Vinyl records?

I'm looking to buy some vinyls for a christmas present for a friend who recently bought an old vinyl record player. I amn't sure what album I'm going for yet but the real problem is finding a place that sells a variety. I'm in Dublin so would be able to look around the city centre, dundrum etc.

So what I'm asking for are some good shops that sell plenty of vinyls. I know Tower Records sell some (dunno if they have a lot though) but other than that I'm stumped.

    Any recommendations?

I think there's a place in Georges st. arcade that does vinyl.

    Tower Records
Secret Book and Record Store (About 10 doors up from Tower heading towards George's St.)
    Trout Records (George's Arcade)
    Spindizzy (George's Arcade)
