Which Electric Trolley?

    Am hoping to get an electric trolley at Christmas.

    Golf Today magazine gave GolofmotionII a strong recommendation. It's on sale for €299 but my usual store doesn't stock it on the grounds that the previous version was unreliable.

    I'm hoping other Boarders will give me advice on this or other models if this make is unreliable. My budget can stretch a bit further but I don't want to spend silly money

    Got the new Golfmotion off planet golf portlaoise and so far its worked a dream.The lads informed me about the problems previous trolley had but recommended the golfmotion over powakaddy{they had both in stock}. Trolley comes with 18 month warranty, 36 hole battery and home call out repair.

    Priced trolley around and they had the best deal for E 299 I got trolley,free umbrella,canvas cover,drinks holder,umbrella holder,etc and 10% store credit back.{29.99}

    hope thats a help!

    I would have no hesitation recommending the Gokart.

    I think that they're a great design. Fold up small enough to fit in most boots and are a dream to deal with in a customer service capacity if needed.

    Bought my first electric trolley in the summer after much shopping around and listening to other golfers advice I bought the microlite golf glider.

    The new model golf motion is not as reliable as the old model (at least thats what I was told) So my advice would be to spend the extra money and get a glider.

    I have noticed that there are seriously old gliders in use in my club which shows their reliability.

    Has been lots of threads on this topic before so have alook

    Thanks. Did more research on old threads and eventually decided on a Motocaddy S3.

    No chance to try it out yet.

    Have to agree here - have a GoKart for the past year and a half and it has been a dream. Light weight, reliable and folds so small it is excellent!

    Hearing a lot about the Golf motion - know one of the lads involved in the back up service and they will have it fixed or replaced without quibble during warranty.
