Sorry can't help with Dundalk - Dublin, but for comparison, a weekly ticket from Drogheda-Dublin cost me €51.50 last week. Dundalk-Dub would cost more, obviously!

It's not a 10 journey ticket, it can be used as often as you like, and is valid from Sunday to Saturday in the week you buy it.

Can I suggest you phone the railway station and ask?
