Sky HD call back

    I don't have my phone line connected to HD box but anytime I wanted to order a box office event I used to be able to connect the phone and order straight away. Last time I had to call sky to order it and they said the last call back failed and that's why it wasn't working. If I do a manual call back will this solve this? If so what prefix do I use?
