Meteor Broadband Stick in a Vodafone Router?

Does anyone know if a Meteor Broadband stick will work in the Vodafone Home Gateway Routers? In a dilly of a pickle at the moment and was going to get one of these Meteor sticks to tie me over until the new year. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

The Vodafone router is a Huawei HG556a. Anyone with any experience with these would me great.
