    Hi I have UPC at the moment but its costing me a good bit. If I buy a freeview box and plug the arial into it will it work?

    Freeview is the UK DTT service so it's unlikely to work unless you get an off air signal from certain NI and all Welsh transmitters.

    Freesat on the other hand is nearly all the Freeview channels by Free to Air Satellite and would be worth considering.

    Have a read of the stickies in the forum first. A UPC dish is an MMDS dish whereas Freesat is satellite. A UPC dish will NEVER work for Freesat as they are two different technologies.
