Dangerous overtaking

    Saw this on youtube it was taken in the dark, but can make out overtaking on double white lines and ghost island before bend

    Its on N17 road, I know the bend. Galway side of Knock airport

    I've seen people overtaking wrong side of the road with oncoming traffic and cars having to veer onto hard shoulder

    UK reg vehicle, I think they can now be tracked down for speeding and dangerous driving
