Flat Roof Insulation - Cold Deck

Hi Can anyone advise me if 100mm kingspan insulation is enough for a cold deck flat roof or do i need more, i understand that you need about 50mm space between underside of roof and insulation for airflow purposes. Any advised gratefully accepted bp.
