Long sleeved guy's shirt with two pockets

I am looking to get a guy a shirt. He wants two pockets in the shirt but says that it's next to impossible to get more than one pocket on a long sleeved shirt (why are some people difficult!!).
Has anybody come across such a thing? I suppose I could always get a shirt and have another pocket put on, but it would be a case of trying to get the same material for the pocket which could be difficult I'd imagine.
I'm thinking of a budget of around €50 but would be willing to go over for the perfect shirt.
Any suggestions would be great 'cause I really want to do this gift well!!
