    Hi,

Quick bit of background: I'm fully employed since April after finishing college last May, I attended a one day a week college course in waterford for a few months of the 09-10 year but it wasn't for me while i worked weekends and claimed JSB for 4 days of the week.

I just got a call saying I should't have been able to claim because I was in college for the dates I was claiming. I was asked to get a letter for the dates I attended when I mentioned that I had not finished the course until I mentioned it was only one day a week in which case, she said she'd send me out a form from my local SW office.

When I was claiming, I went through alot of hoops for my claim and they all knew what I was doing....am I going to get stung for something here?

    Cheers!

As long as you didn't claim for the day you were doing the course I can't see a problem.
