Technical Testing Assessment...

    Hi all,

I was just looking for some information on technical testing in general. I applied for a legal assistant/research job and have got through to the technical testing stage (think it's run by brightwater recruitment). Not sure what is involved in this exactly as I've never done it before. I was just hoping someone might have some general ideas or advice on how I might best prepare myself. Would it just involve verbal/numerical reasoning tests and competency questions or does it involve something else entirely or something more specific? I know you can't exactly study for these type of things but I was hoping to just familiarise myself with what's involved so I feel a bit more prepared on the day and give it my best shot as I really need a job.

    Thanks in advance
