I think you can set up a group of numbers you want to text to with metero, and all you have to do is send one text to Meteor and they will forward it onto everyone.

I'm sure other operators would have a similar service. Mind you, it'll either cost you a lot, or go over your fair usage on an "unlimited" plan if your doing it often!
