cheap fruit & veg in dunnes

not sure if this is just exclusive to dunnes in douglas in cork but lots of fruit and veg is only 45c! got a pineapple, melon, bag of carrotts, and a bag of oranges for under €2!! handy for juicing for the week

Same offer in my local Dunnes though it's a bag of clementines instead of oranges

And just to keep things nice and tidy, Lidl have bananas this week for 75c/kg and Aldi's Super 6 until the 18th are leeks, green apples, vine tomatoes, pears, courgettes and red apples!

Got the bag of carrots for 45c and 1kg of irish onions for 99c, celery for 99c, together with half of bag of Aldi lentils made 6 large portions of delicious soup

I was in Lidl yesterday and they had parsnips, carrots, sprouts and turnips for 39c. Then today in Dunnes I saw the carrot, melon, pineapple and clementines down to 38c.

Hurray, it's a little price war!

Same as that. All 25c in Dunnes Stores in Charlestown, Dublin.

Stocked up with 4 of them each even though we don't ever get melons! haha! The sprouts will come in handy for Xmas though!

In my local Centra it's Melons, Sprouts and Carrots for 50cents and Clemantines for €1
