    Hi all,

I'm doing a research project on running, pain and treatment and need to have a few questions answered by runners. If you could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
If you don't get any pain it will take you 1 minute. If you get pain while running the questions shouldn't take more than 2 minutes to answer. :)

    The questionnaire is here

    Thanks,
    Untense

mod Please keep discussion to the non medical pain associated with training and racing. The OP has specified this is just for his own use, and will share the results to the forum. /mod

I'd like to change my answer to the question:
Do you believe humans are 'designed' for running?
    From: Yes
To: No, I believe humans humans have evolved into running machines. Humans are not designed. ;)

Hmm, maybe evolvED - past tense. You wouldn't take a random sample of today's Irish (or Jersey) population and call them running machines :pac: Somewhere way back, maybe when the hunter-gatherers settled down to work the land, we started regressing as runners. We're trying to re-learn all over again how to do it with our modern lazy bodies.

    Oh, completed your survey OP.
