    Check out some videos on Youtube. It's not too difficult grasp really, just need to practice and know what shape you're going for.

    wow, great video, ill bookmark that.. those asian ladies to it so fast though, I'm going to try it too but dont think ill ever be as fast as them.
    wonder if being left handed will slow me down too..
