Hi, guys I plan on putting a new motor in my A&K masada, but if I put in a new motor will I have to do any other upgrades or will a motor on it's own be ok. Also what would adding a new motor do for the gun.

I plan on putting a G&P M120 in it in case it makes a difference

A GnP 120 is a good all round motor, have them in some of my aegs and very happy with them. In order to get the most of the new motor i would really recommend a good shim job which will help the gearbox run smoother.

Apart from that it should be good, i think the a&k has metal bushings and they be ok unless you want to change them, your preference.

Also you can install a bearing piston head which will increase fps a tad more.

    List is endless...

Thanks man, I'll probably do all that, Just not sure how to shim,

Also I sent the money yesterday, Let's hope I didn't send it to the wrong address again, hahah

    No worries at all.

Shimming i would recommend a retailer or someone very handy / use to repairing aegs to do.
But its a must if your gonna put a faster motor in it and ensure the gears wear somebit evenly

thanks, I might just ask a retailer to do it and put in the motor while there at it
