getting out of contract

hi folks thanks to shredneck I got out of my o2 contract earlier this year due to eu reg 17 but was wondering is this still possible to do (sister is in to a 9 month contract with o2 and looking to get out)

Highly unlikely. There is usually a set time limit after which it's deemed to be acceptance of the change.
