Why wont the doctor operate on my hernia

    i had a hysterectomy about a year ago,

    i went to the Doctor in hospital today and i have been having bad pains in my stomach and sometimes i feel like vomiting but i cant and i get bad doses of diarroehea but then it just goes,

    He diagnosed a Hernia

    Can anyone tell me why my doctor who has said i have a hernia will not operate he has said it may grow back

    He also said i have a stone in my bowels

    but still wont operate and inflamation

    I dont want to be in pain forever , and just said my Doctor will give me tablets when i need them
    i just want to get back to work.;
    im 60 year old woman

    Sorry for your trouble faolteam but randomers on the internet are not the people to be asking about your medical condition.

    If you are unhappy with how you've been treated, it might be worth getting a second opinion.

    faolteam, I totally understand why you would ask the question here, and I'm very sorry for your trouble but I'm afraid we can't allow personal medical questions on boards, for your protection and ours. I'm really sorry we can't help you, all I can do is suggest you try your doctor, or maybe get a second opinion.
