Teaching in the south pacific

Hi all, So i want to spend a year or two in the south pacific, any island really, that place just calls to me, i cant explain it! I have a LLB in Irish law so i suppose the best bet would be to teach english?? Has anyone any experience teaching in that part of the world?? Its a long shot but i just thought id ask!
