Pub grub dublin city

    Am heading into town on Saturday....can anyone recommend a pub around grafton st/Dame st area for food. Just looking for burgers and fries type but decent quality? Soakage really!

    The Arlington Hotels pub bit is ok for a bit of grub. Nothin' too fancy.

    Porterhouse and O'Neills both do nice food and are nice places.

    I've also heard that Davey Byrnes on Duke St do good food but haven't had it myself

    It's a couple of years since I went but the food at Davy Byrnes was very good but rather basic (sandwiches and the like)
