Looks like he could be gone for the year. A bitter blow for Galway after his outstanding season last year.

Where did you hear that? What happened?

You're a bit short on detail!

i know a few on the panel and i got a text last night saying he could be out for the year. I think it is an ankle injury of some sort.

Just what we needed. Another one of our better backs gone.

This is a disaster. I don't know who is going to go full back now.

If true this is bad bad news. Just when he finally looked like he was developing into a quality fullback. Himself and Regan were both excellent this year I thought. I wonder if Fergal Moore could play fullback.

The problem with Fergal is that he tends to be injured alot. Ive no doubt he would be able to play there if fit.

We're ****ed. The full-back line is going to be our new mid-field in terms of weakness.

I always thought the weak link was the half forward line i.e someone in it who can score.

Eanna Ryan kinda showed to me that once every while somebody can score a goal.

    Full-back-line looks bad next year.

It is a bit early to be worrying yet, John Mac will have a good side out come championship, he has the Walsh cup and the League to experiment. There is a good bunch of lads there and i believe the big one is in them. Joe has a few months to rest up and hopefully will have a better season next year than last. Chunky was dropped from the panel which is a mistake imo.

No, not a mistake. Chunky so not a county hurler, see his efforts late in the first half v.Tipp this year when he ceded possession that caused the concession of crucial scores.

If Kav is injured, Tony Og to FB with Lee at CHB, that's if he wants it....

I think Chunky has proven a number of times he's just not up to county standard.
