    Hi there,

I work part time, usually one twelve hour shift per week. I am on casual JSB for any days I do not work. I got a letter this morning saying that any slips to claim for week of the 15th of December and the week of the 22nd December have to be handed into local office by Mon 13th December. Likewise the week ending 28/29 December have to be handed in by Friday 17th December.

My problem is that I work in a hospital and they usually call me at 7am on the morning they want Me to come in for 8am. What should I do about slips? Some weeks I get no weeks and the rare few weeks I get called in 2 days. I can even get called in Christmas day... Do I fill in the slips saying that I haven't worked and then try callin by phone or calling into office if I do get called?

Thanks in advance, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
