BCAA dosage recommendation

    I bought BCAA powder on impulse from myprotein and im trying to figure out the best times to take it.

    Ive done a little searching and people seem to say that its good to take extra BCAA's when you're cutting weight (im not cutting).

    some people also said that most people will get enough BCAA's from their whey shakes and food.

    I have myprotein's impact whey protein which contains roughly about 5 grams of BCAA per scoop. So post workout i would be getting about 10 grams from my pwo shake. Is 10 grams pwo adequate?

    Im considering adding 5 grams to my pwo shake to bring the BCAA's to 15 grams, and maybe having 10 grams pre workout aswell.

    Also i forgot to mention the recommended use is 2-4 servings of 5 grams throughout the day. I think i read somewhere that taking less than 5 grams at a time is pointless, not sure how true this is though. And the powder tastes rank so im slightly reluctant to have it 4 times a day.
