    Where can I get a cheap good one for adding weight for doing pull ups, dips, and chins etc.

    I made my own, just like the bloke on the video. However, now I just hold a db between my legs. I'm a lazy bastard.

    just get a length of chain or rope and hang it off a regular weights belt, job done cheap and as you can get it in a local hardware shop you can be using it by tomorrow night! :D
