    Hi all,

Just got a slow cooker and have a curry on the go. I am wondering if its ok to lift the lid and stir the it while its cooking or should i just leave it be for X hrs ?

I've done currys in mine and have stirred away throughout, i've never had any issues.

I'd give it a stir every now and then. Try to minimise the amount of time the lid is off though as the heat that takes a while to build up is just being let out.
