jsb contributions running out what next??

    My jsb contributions are running out soon and i know i wont meet the means test for jsa because im 22 living at home what options are open to me now my parents cant afford to support me has anyone got any ideas of what i could do next?

    If your parents can't afford to support you, you should apply for jobseekers assistance as you may get a partial payment. You could also consider applying for back to education allowance.

    If you move out of your parents and into a house share and you will be able to get the full rate of JA. After 6 months renting you may also qualify for rent supplement. You should consider renting in an area within commuter distance from Dublin as it will increase your chances of finding a job.
