I have a '07 Ford Mondeo (new model), the battery is dead and I cant open the bonnet cause the cable to the lever that opens the bonnet seems to be broken. How can I get the bonnet open or at least how can I charge the battery without opening the bonnet?????

No idea about your bonnet, but you can get chargers that will boost your battery through the cig lighter. Might take a while tho, don't think that circuit would take very high current. Definitely not jumpstarting current

You will need to take the cover off underneath the radiator then you can get up to open the lock.

Gonna be very awkward to do without a ramp though.

Check your insurance and see have you recovery or breakdown assistance on it get the car towed to a garage you will need the cable replaced anyway.

Mine went on a Focus last week common problem according to garage, its a bitch to change. As another poster said you will need a ramp or a midget

try pulling the latch and getting someone to push down on the front of the bonnet and see if it pops.

Sometimes the cable can just become stretched.
