Now that the budget has been announced how long do people reckon it'll take IRCHSS to launch details for the 2011/2012 scheme?

Aren't the applications usually due in January? If they plan to go ahead they'd want to be making the application forms available soon.

There was a pre-announcement this week about the postgraduate scholarship scheme. The forms will be available on the seventh of January and the deadline will be the twenty-first of February.
