Greyhound Inn in Blanchardstown village has been closed a while.I think Superquinn own the building. It used to have an off licence too... I think there is a rental sign up.

This might be a long shot.

A lot of pubs are going out of business these days.
It might be an idea to contact one of the major receivers in the pubs/leisure industry, as they will be intent on trying to keep business which are in trouble alive.

Kavanagh Fennell & Co handle a lot of receivership cases

Brand new pub for rent on Summerhill, just up from the Sunset house opp Harrys shop. Not a great area but that might be reflected in the rent/lease. Nice looking pub though. I think the sign said contact the Mc Grath Group.
    Good luck with it anyway

ive seen that place in summer hill. im sure would do well during gaa season but the area seems quiet at other times but im sure the novelty of a new pub might entice the locals in the rest of the year
