When people ask me if I've lived in another country (such as on a college application form), do I have to include Finland?

I'm wondering if living there effects my "residency"?

You see, I didn't really stay put: I lived there for about 3 months, then came back to Ireland, then went back for another couple of months, then travelled to France for a couple of weeks, then went back to Finland. (Yeah it was fairly expensive).

So, I'm wondering what the deal is with "residency"? Is there a certain time after which you must declare residency, or something like that?

    Thank you for your time.
