larger size womens socks

    hey everyone

    I'm a size 9, and normally I just wear men's sport socks, but I got some size 8-11 socks from Evans before and they're perfect but they're fairly expensive. any ideas of where I can get womens socks in size 8-11, preferably on the cheap? thanks :)

    You could try the men's section in Marks, Dunnes etc and buy cotton socks.

    well really looking more for womens socks, like styles colours and pattern you know? I know I can get mens socks pretty much anywhere

    I don't know about 8-11, but I know that Dunnes do a size 4-8 as opposed to 4-7 which is what most other shops stock.

    H&M do their women's socks in two sizes- the larger one is for sizes 7-9 I think. They don't have a huge range but they come in nice colours.

    I ended up just getting size 4-7 and they fit fine :o

    They are relatively expensive, but Snow and Rock in Dundrum does Icebreaker (merino wool) womens socks in a size 7-9 (41-43).
