What is the damage likely to be for anyone who's in the top rate atm?

Anyone done some fag packet maths yet to work out the likely impact of the stuff that's being proposed? I was thinking its likely to be something around the order of 3-4k a year.

I used this to calculate my tax but I'm not sure if its the right one:

Worked out about 50 quid a month less, so it wasn't huge.

Actually I think that IS wrong. I used this:
