Where could I get a hold of past essays submitted as part of the IEI C Eng application process?

    You cant.

You can ask people you know for their applications but all applications sent into Engineers Ireland are confidential

and besides they are opinion essays so its down to you

C'mon. Use yr imagination and you'll bash out the 500 words in 20 minutes. It's yr opinion so the essay can't be wrong. Beware though, they will probe you on yr essay in the interview.

    Hi,

Does anybody have experience of becoming chartered under the ICE organisation from work experience in Ireland, also after being chartered by IEI??

The ice.org.uk website isn't exactly clear on the route to take if you're not working with a UK company!

    Thanks in advance:)

Hi Oisin, not sure about the first part of your question, however, once you become Chartered through ICE or IEI you can simply transfer to each body. They recognize each other's Chartership status.
