    Has anyone any experience of these guys, only came across an ad in JJB's in Limerick yesterday.

    Yes, they are great. I worked with Edyta a few years ago - she has a really good things going.

    I needed some freelance teachers and hired 2 of their graduates. They run very high quality courses. I would highly recommend then.

    a friend of mine qualified with them and he's been very successful running classes and working part time in different facilities, he is very dedicated so like most courses its really about how much effort the participant puts in... the course is the first step on a long journey of continual education, self learning and gaining real world experience

    the only experience i have with them was attending an indoor cycling workshop, most of it was alright, but unfortunately they demonstrated some contraindicated movements (moments not appropriate for use on an indoor bike) which was a shame. i also didn't follow some of the logic of the ride intensity choices. one of the presenters was more into shouting at than coaching the class. so i found it lacking compared to a Spinning workshop/ride with one of the Spinning Master Instructors
