Another new look for Facebook

And click the top-right to get the new profile.
Personally i hate it though and you cant seem to undo the change...

I hate it a lot! I seen that there was a new profile and ofcourse curiosity got the better of me :rolleyes: It's awkward I really want to undo it!

People complain every single time Facebook releases a new page, campaign to get it put back, and fail miserably.

You'll get used to it, just like the last 15 times. It's really not that bad, it's just not what you're used to.

Never got what the big deal was when this happens, it's not like it takes very long to figure out, seems like a waste of time getting irritated about it.

I don't like it either. The layout makes sense, but I like to see Friends in Common when I view somebody's page! The new profile doesn't seem to include that, unless I am missing something?

The "You And" section on the right hand side will show any connections you have with people (photos, common friends, etc).

Seems to be that its a choice to add it now, and they are looking for feedback on what you think. Could be a ploy by facebook to make us think they will actually listen if we don't like it though.

I don't like it, but at the same time I can't even remember what facebook looked like before the last change, cause I got so used to it.

Thanks for replying, but the 'You And' section doesn't appear for me (as it does in the sample pictures and video for the new profile). All I have is sponsored adverts on the right hand side of the page, while viewing somebody else's profile.

I think if Facebook handed every €100 they'd complain about it. It's just the nature of things.

Personally I like it. They've obviously spent time doing this one. For me it's an improvement so I'll be keeping the new look.

I'm actually starting to like it but I still think that they should make it an option rather than compulsory when you click it. Even though some people haven't changed it yet I have a feeling it will change automatically after a certain period of time.

If you don't know what you're getting into after the large video and screenshots, then you shouldn't be clicking buttons just for the sake of them being there.

Has anybody not been able to see the "You And <person's name>" box? It appears in the large video and the sample screenshots, but when I converted over, it isn't there. All that there is on the right hand side of the screen is Sponsored Ads - the You And box doesn't appear, regardless of whether I press Wall, or Friends, or Info, or anything in fact! Thus I can't see Friends in Common when viewing somebody's page.

Sorry, thought I replied to this earlier. That box has been showing fine for me on each profile of a friend or friend of friend I checked.

It just appeared there a few minutes ago. Hopefully it stays! As that is now sorted, I actually quite like the new layout!
