Hey folks, I have just started working for a prominent, international company based in Hollyhill, on the northside of Cork city. Currently I am commuting from a town in North County Cork, but would much rather live within walking distance of work.

I am seeking a house whose rent is in €70 - 80 p/w bracket. Would also be glad to live with French and/or German natives, so as I can improve my european language skills.
