Facebook help

    Dunno if this is an apt board for this query, I'm not a big AH reader. Anyway...

    I rejected a friend request from someone I don't know on Facebook, she then proceeded to send me messages and pokes so I tried to block her. She took umbrage to this and reported me for having a "fake" profile, so now if I don't get this sorted within a few days, my account is blocked. Facebook site is useless, all the Help section is just stock answers. So no idea what to do, and would prefer to keep my account.

    Any help and/or mocking greatly appreciated :D

    Report her back or message her asking what her problem is.

    Why don't you report her messages as spam via the report button,also be very careful when you get a message asking to verify your account as this is the the way the Hackers get into your account.

    Go to this persons profile.

    Go down to the very bottom and it will have Report/Block this person, do both, give them a reason for reporting the person, and tell them why you want to block them. that you do not know her and she is attempting to make threats against your facebook. If you do not know her facebook will look into it. If I dont know someone I always answer the reply with do not know this person and I never get added by them again. Use that featue in future. Instead of just declining.
