    How can i find out about a company that has become insolvent and has a court judgement against it, is there anywhere that i can read the judgment.
    I would be grateful for any information on how to check it out

    the companies registrar holds this info. you can also perform a judgment search on solocheck.ie. will cost ya bout €6.
