    Just looking for some opinions:

If a salesperson cant collect money for goods sold on credit, are there any circumstances in which they might be personally liable to reimburse the debt to their employers?

    Is this you homework? :)

Yes, there are circumstances, depending on the relationship, contract and whether fraud was involved.

    not homework...

might incomplete customer agreement paperwork constitute such a circumstance when a higher level person in the company had authorised the sale of goods to the customer?
