I find using regular tap water can taint the taste of my coffee!

I have been using bottled mineral water for making my coffee,

are britta filters any good for cleaning tap water?

Yeah the britta filters are recommended. I use a small salt filter on my coffee machine to protect it. My tap water's grand for the filter coffee though.

I installed a separate filter tap a few months back. Noticeable difference in coffee, tea and simple drinking water.

I have a combination odor / hardness filter for my water for coffee.

A lot of bottle waters can be very hard and as such are not very suitable for making coffee.

Does anyone know where to get the mini inline charcoal filters that you can stick onto the end of the silicone tubing in the water reservoir.

Unhappy donkey used to sell them but haven't seen them elsewhere

They're salt afaik, I couldn't find them anywhere but happydonkey, I bought them and collected them on a trip to the UK.

Try Scott at HD again, I thought I read that he may be shipping to Ireland again. Worth a shot.
