Does anyone know if it's possible to use American Air Express units in Ireland?

Is the plug changeable & the voltage adaptable on the unit ?

Yep. It works. Recommend you buy the apple international adaptor set. Expensive but very tidy.

If I just but some of the plugs off eBay would that be ok?

Refurbs are $45 on apple US Vs €69 on apple Irl & have a mate flying over for a week this weekend
