Customer Service with Komplett is a joke, took 6 weeks or so to get a refund for a faulty product.

Dabs are very good and pixmania have been great with my orders lately.

i ordered from ebuyer.co.uk and pixmania for my build

When ordering online i always keep my fingers crossed because returning faulty goods is at best a pain in the arse!

no probs with ebuyer, everything delivered on time and well packed
    same with pixmania.

i've no experience with komplett, they were having some difficulties around the time i was buying.

I had used dabs quite a bit but no longer...
I had a gfx card on order from them last november, due in in 5-7 days,
10 days later it showed due in in 10-15 days, so i cancelled my order and found same card on pixmania cheaper and in stock.
I would buy from them again, never had any problems with deliveries etc.

also ordered 1 or 2 things from overclockers.co.uk, again no issues

Just go for the best deal.

I ordered nearly all of my build from www.computeruniverse.net
The value seemed fairly good and the delivery for everything, including HAF X case (Sizable Mofo) with UPS was €46. Got a faulty Mobo +/CPU so i'll let you know how the customer service is after this week, when i've returned them.. :P

But seeing as you seem to be looking for an irish supplier, i haven't heard many good things about Komplett.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioed www.hardwareversand.de yet.

They're priced pretty well. Shipping is a flat €30 regardless.

Some things to note, customer services takes about 3-4 days for a reply.

Delivery times are fairly unpredictable.. usually a 1-2 weeks.

Don't ever order something that doesn't have the green stock level icon!

I got a helpful reply and service ticket just ~27 hours after emailing them :)

I can't say this enough, but this should be taken as a given for EVERY E-TAILER FOREVER! Believe me, Dabs and Pixmaina are even worse than HWVS in that regard, at least HWVS are happy to change your order in case of fail! :p

Ah ok, maybe it was just bad luck for me both times then :D

Recently I have used Elara and Dabs and have had good experience with both.

Elara might be a little more expensive with some items compared to Dabs, but if it's only a few Euro, I'd rather throw the business at Elara and support a few Irish jobs.
