    Hi, Does anybody know what the eyesight requirements are for the Irish Army?

    I wear contacts and my eyesight is good enough for the British Army as I have already passed all of my BA medical examinations. However I understand that i may need to wear glasses instead of contact lenses. I was just wondering what the requirements are for the Irish Army (can i apply after receiving laser eye surgery, can i wear contact lenses etc)

    And out of interest does anybody know what the eyesight requirements are for the Irish Army Ranger Wing?
