Can only get to limited sites after phone scam?

Trying to fix a pc here, it was hit with the microsoft phone scam. Logmein123.com I can get to most sites, like boards/google etc i'm actually typing on it now. But if I try and go to malwarebytes, microsoft security or try and install anti virus I can't do it. Webpage not displayed errors. Any ideas, I'm even half…
