Dietitian / Nutritionist Part time Course

Hey, I am interested in pursuing a career in this area but all courses seem to be undergrad full time courses. I already have an IT degree and am in a full time job which I cannot afford to leave. Anyone know any other part time courses that are recognised? Dublin area! cheers,
