I am currently trying to calculate the cost of equity for a hotel.

To do this i need the risk free rate, which i am going to use a treasury bill.

I was thinking about using a three month treasury bill, but i have to justify why i would use this rate, but i cant find any information on how this rate would be relevant to the hotel industry!

Can anyone help me with this matter?! :(
