    Hi All,

I hope you've been making good use of these nice clear nights!

OK, it's abit cold and OTA's, finders....observerers are getting frozen....but it's been a while since we've had so many clear nights in a row!

    Since the weekend I've been:
observing Jupiter (a short time each night),
gazing at Andromeda and the Ring Nebula in awe,
a quick look at the Great Nebula in Orion,
trying to photograph Venus and the Moon in conjunction in the mornings and
have finally found Bode's Nebulae and Triangulum.

We get so few clear nights!

    Get out there!!!

    Peter

    No!! ...:D
Was out the other morning for a shot at Saturn & Venus, lasted about 10 mins and took at least 2 hours to recover.
The nights are pretty classy though.

I'm really enjoying the recent clear nights; Perseus and the Pleiades never cease to become boring for me. I've also been observing Jupiter every night as well as brushing up my knowledge of some of the circumpolar stars.

Do get out there if you can :D
