is there a way i can send the tenor to my 3v voucher instead of withdrawing the tenor to my bank account?

No. You can either spend it, or withdraw to bank.

ok, but you know when you buy something and when you log in to paypal to pay for it, it comes from a credit card is there an option to come staright from my paypal funds or something?

It pays from funds first, then card as a 2nd source. You don't even get a choice in the matter. If you have funds in your account, your payment will come out of that.

oh ok tahnks for that, just do you have to use up all the funds first or transfer to bank account to then use the credit card or can you pay using the funds then pay the remaining with a card or what?

If your payment is more than the cash balance, then the remaining amount will come from the card.
