I'm going dropping a document into a company addressed for one of the managers. Is there some type of NDA I can enclose that states they cannot disclose and information in the included document to anybody? I won't be able to get the manager to sign a mutual NDA before delivering the document.

Send over the NDA before you let them see it, email it over and get it signed and faxed back and a hard copy in the post before you show your hand.

Don't forget to put in the contract that the existence of the NDA itself cannot be disclosed. ;)

It might be worth getting a solicitor to put one together for you. Not sure if you could do it yourself, you probably could.
