    At FAQ No. 15, they seem to suggest that if properly rinsed and properly dried, the loft may come back into the down and so all may not be lost...

    Tumbledry on low heat and throw a few dryer balls in with it. The down needs the balls to fluff up.

    Yeah, I stick mine in the tumble dryer with 3/4 tennis balls and that sorts it out perfectly......on a low heat for 30-60 mins

    Never had a problem with mine, sometimes you can break the clumps up by hand before throwing it into the dry.

    Thinking about it yesterday, I bought mine back in 97 and while it looks a bit worn it's still going great.
